The Sociology Graduate Students’ Association (SGSA) is a student organization dedicated to fostering community, supporting academic and professional development, and advocating for the collective interests of Sociology graduate students.

Throughout the year, we organize various academic and social events. Key highlights include our annual welcoming event at the Grad Club, where new and returning graduate students have the opportunity to connect, and the Annual Graduate Student Conference, typically held in April. At this conference, graduate students showcase their ongoing or completed research study to peers, faculty, and staff, gaining valuable experience and feedback.
