The Cluster aims at making the research of its members accessible to as wide an audience as possible, including people involved in policies and practice, and the general public. Based on journal articles and peer-reviewed reports written by its members, the Cluster commissions the production of research and policy briefs. The briefs are circulated to its members and affiliates, and brought to the attention of the media. In keeping with the Cluster’s mandate of training students, the briefs are written mainly by social science students and recent graduates of journalism programs.
Discussion Papers Series include papers written by Cluster members, which are yet to be published by refereed journals. They are often products of workshops supported by the Cluster.
The Cluster supports publication of books on topics on population change and the life course. These books and special issues of journals are often the outcome of conferences or workshops that received funding support from the Cluster.
